With a paid discovery, usually two to four weeks. We map your processes, audit the systems in place and produce an architecture and cost range. That document is yours whether or not you continue.
Departmental systems generally run between ₹40L and ₹1.2Cr; multi-site ERP or HRMS platforms more, depending on integrations and migration. Discovery produces a fixed range before you commit to the build.
First production release is usually 10 to 16 weeks, covering the workflows that carry the most operational cost. Full rollout across sites typically completes within 6 to 12 months, phased so operations never stop.
You do — in full. Source, infrastructure definitions and data live in your repositories and cloud accounts. There is no licensing lock and no per-seat fee on anything we build.
Yes, and usually we should. We integrate with Tally, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics and Salesforce via API, message queue or file exchange. Replacing a working system is a recommendation we make only when the numbers support it.
